GM Roiz Chess
Academy is operated by GM Michael Roiz, based in Israel. We provide
chess-related content and services including private and group online lessons,
online courses, chess blogs, consultations, tournament preparation, game
analysis, and downloadable analysis files in PNG format.

2. Registration

 

Currently, users can access our services without creating an account.

They are required to register only if they wish to purchase a course or a service, or download a content.

3. Payments and Refunds

 

Digital files: No refunds are offered once files are downloaded.

 

Online lessons: Full refund available if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

 

Exceptional cancellations by GM Michael Roiz: 

In very rare cases, due to technical and schedule restrictions, we may have to cancel a scheduled lesson on short
notice. In such cases, we will inform the customer by email and offer the option to reschedule the lesson within 7 days from the original appointment date. 

If compensation is offered, it will not exceed the price of the affected service.

Intellectual Property

 

All content, files, courses, lessons, and materials on gmroiz.com are the exclusive property of GM Michael Roiz. Users may not reproduce, share, distribute, or resell any material from our site. Any unauthorized use is forbidden and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

 

All materials and services are provided “as-is” without any guarantees. GM MR makes every effort to ensure accuracy but accepts no responsibility for errors or changes in chess theory. Users accept full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on materials from our website or coaching.
