2. Account Registration

3. Payments and Refunds
Digital Files: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable files are final. Customers are encouraged to carefully review the product description, included materials, sample previews (where available), and system requirements before completing their purchase to ensure the product meets their needs. Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except where required by applicable law.
Online Lessons: A full refund is available if the lesson is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the lesson, as well as missed lessons or no-shows, are non-refundable. Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must also be made at least 48 hours in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case an alternative time or a full refund will be offered if rescheduling is not possible.

4. Intellectual Property
All content available on gmroiz.com, including but not limited to text, videos, lessons, courses, downloadable files, training materials, game analyses, exercises, presentations, graphics, logos, and other educational content, is the exclusive intellectual property of GM Michael Roiz or is used with appropriate permission. All rights are reserved.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, displayed, transmitted, shared with third parties, resold, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Purchasing or accessing any product or service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal, non-commercial use only and does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights.
